Something has shifted a few days ago! After probably the most incredibly difficult week, it genuinely feels like. And I most definitely have breathed the largest sigh of relief.
"We had among the last 'normal' weddings before lockdown. Something we're grateful for every day. We were in a position to have 150 of our favorite people inside a fairly small venue, all hugging and dancing long into the night, and also the memories of them during this kind of unusual worrying the years have been an enormous comfort."
"We were built with a winter wedding and I wanted our outfits to reflect this partly. My dress had long, detailed sleeves, a higher wrap detail in front down to the little train, along with a V neck back and front."
"It was finished off with vintage glass buttons. Every part of my dress was created around my specific style and the body shape, which solved the problem feel confident at the time."
"My bridesmaid's dresses were among my favorite part of the wedding and I had absolutely nothing to do with them! I had chosen dark bright green velvet because of the color on their behalf, then my four wonderful, stylish bridesmaids Trina, Phoebe, Lauren & Helen all chose their very own outfits."
"It couldn't be employed more perfectly. All four of these have different dress styles they think most confident and gorgeous in and I wanted these phones to feel that at the time."
"My bridesmaid dresses all wore their very own choice of jewelry, among my Bridesmaids famously, wears plenty of gorgeous vintage necklaces all layered up, so she needed to wear them at the time too. The only matching element around the ladies would be a rose bracelet I gave all of them the night before, like a thank you for being so wonderful."
"We met while studying Costume Design and Film making (respectively) in the Arts University in Bournemouth, and both done a graduate film together. It took two years for all of us to admit we liked one another though."
"Two along with a half years back went on the winter holiday to New York, on our first night there, there was an enormous snow blizzard, we visited the roof bar in our hotel bar (which Drew had requested be closed, unbeknown in my experience!)."
"We stood, looking in the Manhattan skyline so when I turned around Drew was on a single knew in 4 feet of snow. The rest is history, it had been a wonderful holiday."
"We were engaged for 2 yrs and fourteen days before the marriage. We enjoyed being engaged, so weren't in a huge hurry to obtain married, plus we desired to save up, to achieve the best day, full of all the people we wanted there."
"We both possess a love for History and we knew we wanted a venue that will reflect this. Hampton courthouse only agreed to be perfect for all of us, once we had the ceremony in addition to the reception there."
Words of Wedded Wisdom
"Do not worry about your day flying by! You were there, you won't have missed anything, and because the saying goes 'time flies if you're having fun' which for all of us means we'd THE MOST FUN day in our lives."
